HIGH-PERFORMANCE WEEKLY ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS OUTLINE

Certified High-Performance Coaching is a process created to explore all of the ways you can reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your life.

As Certified High-Performance Coaches, our job is to work with you in this process through 6 different areas: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity, Influence and Purpose.

When you deliver mastery in these 6 areas, you’ll feel more purposeful and fulfilled. So as a coach, we typically explore how clear you feel about your overall life and goals; whether or not you have the physical energy and stamina to perform your best; how confident and bold you are showing up in the world; what poor habits or distractions cause you to fall off course and what routines can keep you on track; and finally, what you can do to better influence , lead and inspire your team and all those you serve. You develop self-mastery in this process and discover new beliefs, habits and tools that help you join the world’s most successful leaders.

Absolute Advantage High Performance One-on-One Coaching Program Description:

  • 12 Week Program
  • Meet WEEKLY at specified time either by phone, video or in-person depending on location
  • One-on-One Coaching is truly is all about you and is a facilitated discussion that walks us through the curriculum.
  • Weekly accountability and implementation emails aligned with the week’s session so you can really dig into and apply what you’re learning.
  • You will receive a pdf outline for that week’s call/topic along with worksheets sent after the session

Session’s Outline:

Session #1 – Focal Points/Life Arena Assessment.

Session #2 – Clarity – Gain immediate, behavioral-driven clarity and intentionality.

Session #3 – Energy – Gain immediate improvements in the energy you feel and generate each day.

Session #4 – Courage – Gain confidence, decisiveness and momentum.

Session #5 – Productivity – Immediately become more effective and productive every day.

Session #6 – Influence – Gain the influence you need to become a more impactful leader.

Session #7 – Psychology Mastery – We focus on mindset by developing a free consciously-directed, positively engaged mind.

Session #8 – Physiology Mastery – Revisit Week #3 on Energy and go deeper to gain even more energy.

Session #9 – Productivity Mastery – Revisit your productivity levels and cut out distracting activities (deeper dive into tactics).

Session #10 – Persuasion Mastery – Additional Influence Training and target areas you can be more persuasive in.

Session #11 – Purpose Mastery – We’ll walk you through a training and exercise in living and leading with purpose.

Session #12 – Commitment to High-Performance – Additional High-Performance Training and walking through exercise on reviewing your progress and making commitment to change through growth and development (develop your personal growth plan).
